正式开始前会先做头皮检测，看看是偏油，偏干，还是属于疲劳型。这一步我挺加分的，至少不是一上来就洗，而是先了解状况。 接下来是肩颈加头皮按摩。力道不大不小，刚好按在平时最紧的地方，那种慢慢被松开的感觉很真实，我中途真的差点睡过去。 中间用中药汤冲洗头皮这一步很特别，洗完是清爽但不拔干的状态，头发摸起来顺顺的，还有一点淡淡的药香

LA天普｜原来头皮放松真的会睡更好 一走进店里，感觉就是安静、干净、很放松。 淡淡的中草药香味，不刺鼻，反而有点疗愈感，整个人会不自觉慢下来🤍 很像那种认真在做养生的空间，不是随便应付的感觉。 这一周状态有点不太好： 压力大、睡眠浅，洗头的时候看着掉的头发都心累‍ 朋友看不下去，直接把我拉来试试这个头疗。 开始前 会先做头皮检测，看是偏油、偏干还是处在比较疲劳的状态。 这一步让我蛮安心的，不是直接上来就洗。 按摩阶段 肩颈＋头皮按摩真的太舒服了！ 力道刚刚好，按到平常最紧的地方，慢慢被放松开来， 我中途真的差点睡着 中药汤冲洗 用中药汤洗头这一步很特别， 洗完头皮是那种清爽但不干的感觉， 头发摸起来顺顺的，还有淡淡的药香。 收尾 吹干后会用仪器上精油，凉凉的，很解压。 整个流程结束的时候，真的有种—— “啊，我又活过来了”的感觉🫧 那天晚上我久违地一觉睡到天亮， 头皮也轻松很多。 如果你有被压力、睡不好、头皮不舒服困扰， 真的可以找个时间来放松一下。

I decided to try the Hair Fortify package to help me get back the hair I was losing probably due to stress and aging. The treatment itself is heavenly. The head, scalp, neck and shoulder massage/acupressure are better than the little massage places. Had the 60-minute stress-relief scalp treatment, and it was amazing! The massage was super relaxing, and my scalp felt so clean afterward. The staff were very kind and explained everything clearly. Definitely a great place to unwind.
