I initially had a great experience with my hair and makeup trial. Tina was very accommodating, driving a long distance to my home and spending several hours with me to figure out the perfect styles for my wedding day. She was patient, kind, and truly helpful during that process. However, as the wedding day approached, I encountered some issues.
