I tried booking an appointment. Booked it but haven't yet paid a deposit as I couldn't open their link. They phoned me and I explained I wanted to keep the appointment but couldn't work the link. Then I paid the deposit but they told me that the appointment then got cancelled. When I spoke to the receptionist she was very rude and dismissive of my query. Even laughed at me when I raised a complaint about this. Beware of this when trying to book with them.
