Bought a used pontoon boat in mid-August from Jonathan. Process was simple and easy. Had an issue with the motor starting; took it back three times to trouble shoot the issue. They worked with us to make it right. Turned out we kept bumping a wire when we put our coolers on the boat. Highly recommend their customer service.
You blew our inboard motor last year and replaced it this year. It has only run about 5 days this entire summer. We have trailered it countless times and drug it back up to you to "fix" it over and over and over and over this summer. This was the last straw today.

They are the only ones I feel comfortable working with my boat, I've seen and heard of a lot other places damaging more stuff than they even fixed, but I haven't even heard of one complaint about Haines. I recommend people to go with them.no one else touches my boat except Haines Marina, keep up the good work!
