I had them do my deceased brother's return. A mistake was made (careless) on me address on the return which resulted in not receiving the refund. Went in 5 times to get it corrected. First four times I was told what I had to do to correct it and have the check reissued. (Didn't I pay them??) I wrote letters, tried calling multiple times, and put in a change of address form. Do not go here. This place needs serious help and needs to be looked at by the irs. They refused to give me my W2 back which is a federal document and Ilegal. I called there calling center and they told me they had to give it back. But raheem told me he didn’t care what H&R Block said. And he refused to give me MY federal document which is Ilegal. I have video evidence of raheem telling me he didn’t care about the law or what H&R Block’s rules are. He needs to be fired asap. Do not go to this place. I will be reporting this.
