I wish I could give more than five stars Haili deserves 1000%! From the moment I met her, she’s been nothing short of amazing. Beyond happy and grateful for Haili for capturing the most beautiful photos of my first pregnancy. Pregnancy has been a roller coster but knowing i was able to just show up to my photoshoot and be pampered from hair to makeup and not to mention the amazing selection of maternity wardrobe available made the whole process fun, easy, and relaxing. We engaged Haili's services for a maternity photoshoot. The photography and quality of work was fine. No specific issues there. Her sales and customer service however left something to be desired. At the end of the session Haili walks you through the various add-ons and packages one can purchase in relation to the photos (i.e. frames and photo books) she then books an "after-shoot" virtual debrief session through which she shares the photos and one selects which they would like to purchase within or beyond their prepaid pack... read more
