We engaged Haili's services for a maternity photoshoot. The photography and quality of work was fine. No specific issues there. Her sales and customer service however left something to be desired. At the end of the session Haili walks you through the various add-ons and packages one can purchase in relation to the photos (i.e. frames and photo books) she then books an "after-shoot" virtual debrief session through which she shares the photos and one selects which they would like to purchase within or beyond their prepaid pack... read more

Haili and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with. It was my first time booking a maternity photoshoot and Haili made the experience stress-free and fun. Very impressed with her talent! Haili captured beautiful images. I highly recommend Haili if you are looking for a quality, professional and fun photographer.

Haili is an exceptional photographer and person! My fiancé came across her work a few years ago and chose to do maternity photos with her for our first daughter and came back to have the same done for our second. Haili’s work speaks for itself.
