Renee is an excellent licensed massage therapist, with different kind of massages available. I highly recommend her!

Renee is a lifesaver! I’d been experiencing lots of muscle soreness from the gym, but I’d only had one massage before (nearly a decade ago). Renee did an excellent job. She made me feel comfortable and she really listened to me when I described what was happening with my body. When I left, my pain level, mood, and stiffness had all drastically improved. I feel so lucky to have found Renee. She is really good at what she does! For my tight muscle issues, she is the perfect combination of deep tissue massage and fascia work. I wish I would have found her several years ago when I moved to Des Moines. Renee is a delight who really listens to you and provides the relief you need.
