Tried to change shipping address 20 minutes after I ordered. They didn’t have phone support those hours. Called the next morning, now less than 12 hours since I ordered. I had not even received a confirmation email yet. They couldn’t change the shipping address or guarantee that the order would even get cancelled or refunded. Trash service.
They shipped my item to the wrong address. No help with recovery or refund. They shipped Smartpost, so FedEx won't help either. I've recorded a complaint with the BBB. I have also filed a consumer complaint with the office of the Attorney General of Texas. I am willing to rescind both, and to update this review, upon receipt of satisfaction in the form of a refund or replacement.
