I was on a group trip to Central America, the air trip with westjet. Westjet’s () scheduling changes caused all kinds of unexpected difficulties and refunds were due. Jenny at Hagen’s had to chase them down with multiple emails which she did with great diligence. Thanks are due. Highly recommended!
Toni has been my travel agent for several years. She has the magic touch when it comes to finding the best flights for the best price. When I was planning my trip to Japan, she found me direct round trip flights for a similar price to what I would have paid for flights with stops in busy US airports. She is attentive and helpful.
