Awesome service and job. Brought 2 chairs in and we went through the process of choosing material etc. they told me the new year before they could get to them. I felt our boat needed a cover for the larger anchor windlass so Hagel's Upholstery warranted a visit. Chris took a look and made some suggestions which I agreed to. I dropped the boat off and by the end of the day, a template was made, material cut, stitched and fitted and a very happy customer was made. The cover fits great and will keep the weather and sun off the windlass, electric motor, anchor rope and chain. Thank you Chris, hope to send a few more boat owners your way.
I really wanted to love my couch but I am disappointed. The cushions don't fit snuggly, plus we discussed having it all tied down..no cushions. I took it home anyway but this gap between the cushions kills me. He clear forgot our conversation regarding no cushions.
Chris designed covers for our wrought iron patio chairs and did a gorgeous job! The material and craftsmanship is top notch!
I brought two chairs in to be reupholstered back in March and was told the work would take 4–6 weeks. They looked at the chairs and we discussed the work involved. I received a written estimate, agreed to it, selected fabric and paid a deposit. After hearing absolutely nothing for months, I called in mid-September to check in and was told to bring the chairs in, and that they would be ready in a few weeks.
