I appreciated that I was contacted about a potential error in my order. I ordered 2 binding replacement pieces, not realizing each piece was packaged as a pair. So, I accidentally ordered 4. After I was contacted to make sure that I wanted 4 items total (I didn’t), Hagan was able to catch it before it shipped out and refund the duplicate purchase. Thanks for paying attention when I clearly wasn’t!
If you are serious about touring, get Hagan skis! These are some of the lightest, performance skis, boots, bindings I have used. Couldn't be happier with my set up and Mike provides great customer service.
Great Gear, Amazing Customer Service. I purchased some AT boots and when I had an issue they worked diligently until my issue was resolved. I'd highly recommend them.
