She not only handled my returns efficiently, but she also took the time to answer my questions as they came up and explained complex situations in a way that made me feel confident and informed. Very unpleasant customer service experience. I called 3 times to establish as a new client, and each time, the customer service agent just sent me to Suzanne’s voicemail. I never received a response to my message. I explained the situation to the agent, asking for other options, and was met with a condescending tone with no suggestions for assistance.
