No happy with them. Said they had a product in stock, so I ordered it. Now a month later they say it is not in stock and it will take another 4x weeks to be shipped. Called their customer service several times and was told they will e-mail and call me back about getting the product sooner. Never got a call back. Love the products but hate Hafele US customer support.
Super friendly couldn't ask for better place to pick-up load from took me longer to find office and back in than it did getting loaded wish all my pick-up,s were like this. THANK YOU Hefele
We have been using Hafele for over a year now for some of our unique hardware needs in cabinetry. What is prompting this review is the customer service. There was a billing issue, i notified them, they brought in another person from the team and the issue was resolved in a matter of hours. Thanks Hafele Team in NC!!
SCAMMERS…buyer beware! We purchased 59 pulls from Knobs4Less that we have since learned were supplied by Hafele. When we opened the box, we realized the pulls were too brassy and promptly requested a return label. It took 10 days to receive the return label, and of course we had to pay the shipping for the return via UPS ($78).
