I am a new customer. I am so pleased with this company. When I first called, I was thrilled to get a real person to talk to! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The next contact was when the wire was connected to my house from a roadside pole. Again, a very capable, friendly young man did the job. Finally, my tech, Corey, was awesome. He knew exactly what he was doing, patient with my non- technical abilities (he needs an award just for that) and helped me set up all my devices. No stars! Throttling my service back during peak hours by 75%. BS! Absolute crooks. I could set an alarm to when my service drops!

cable tv service has been terrible for several weeks they blame the tv stations. Have had many issues in the past but they are the only provider where we live. Ordered a “cable antenna “ to see if it works better than what they provide. Internet works ok most of the time but speeds drop regularly and again no other providers to use at our location. Wish Spectrum would come out here!!
