I am a new customer. I am so pleased with this company. When I first called, I was thrilled to get a real person to talk to! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The next contact was when the wire was connected to my house from a roadside pole. Again, a very capable, friendly young man did the job. Finally, my tech, Corey, was awesome. I had them when I lived on Spencer Road in Candor. They were great. Fast response time, did an excellent job of installation, and the price was good. Their cable and internet service was way better than Spectrum. We moved to town of Tioga, but have an Owego mailing address. We waited 9 years for them to come out here, and as soon as they did we dropped Spectrum, and got Haefele again. We have been very happy with the service and quality of cable and jinternet.

No stars! Throttling my service back during peak hours by 75%. BS! Absolute crooks. I could set an alarm to when my service drops!

cable tv service has been terrible for several weeks they blame the tv stations. Have had many issues in the past but they are the only provider where we live. Ordered a “cable antenna “ to see if it works better than what they provide. Internet works ok most of the time but speeds drop regularly and again no other providers to use at our location. Wish Spectrum would come out here!!

Absolute crap service, there supposed high speed internet is slower than DSL, can't even stream youtube videos with it. I complain at least once a month about it with no fix ever. If you can avoid this small, crap company do so. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I like that they have a bundle special, especially when you have a business that you need a fax along with the phone & internet and the price isn't bad. When we were checking on it for the pricing & different options before we changed, we told the lady we spoke to(which was the same lady all 3 times we called about about it) we told her what we wanted & even asked her to repeat her answers to make sure we heard her correctly we decided to swap to haefele tv's bundle package.
