I brought in a 2019 giant stance with a 'sticky' dropper post and cracking in the stem and cranks along with corroded rear brakes and the young handsome bike mechanic charmingly was able to swiftly diagnose each and every problem with elegant ease and was able to give me a quick and cost effective quote on the spot so i gave him the bike there and then. Beau is the greatest bike shop employee ive ever had the honour of seeing in action, hes extremely knowledgeable about giant and other bike brands and is always willing to help. He us also one of the best mechanics out there if he cant fix it it's broken. Overall my hadleys experience has been nothing short of perfect
My overall experience has been great. Both worker have been very helpful, though i am a bit sad there is not a mechanic 7 days a week #bikethrasher. Other than that they were both knowledgeable and very keen to help and advise.
Great experience with hadley and especially the well educated mechanic. Bought a talon has been a weapon so far
