Excellent, professional, efficient. Fairly priced, friendly and pleasant.
Bob's great; he's saved me a lot of money over the years and puts up with my dumping a bunch of paper on his desk in April. I imagine he'd give me 2 stars :) We used to do our own taxes but about 10 years ago we gave Bob a try and have never looked back. The fee is totally worth it and pays for itself because he finds legitimate ways to save us money that we would never have known about. Nice people too.
We have used Hadley Tax (and its predecessors) for well-over a decade. They are absolutely honest, and expect you to be honest, too. That is not to say that they will not find multiple legitimate deductions that are often missed by seasonal storefronts operations with employees trained in a boiler-room setting.
