Had my 2018 Giant Trinity serviced by one of their mechanics - Jon, really pleased with their work. Fixed a few issues other bike stores hadn't been able to fix and others I wasn't aware of. When I picked my bike up he came out and explained the issues to me as well as the probable cause of these issues. Also informed me of other areas to look out for, when bike is up for it's next service. Had a great experience and would highly recommend the guys at Giant Newcastle if you're around the area.
We are visiting Newcastle on holiday and the guys at Giant got us out of a jam. Happy to help us after forgetting our charger! Saved my marriage - thanks boys!

I have had an excellent experience with Hadleys where we bought two bikes 10 years ago. They honoured the one free service and did the job quickly and at short notice! Kirsty on the front counter was very efficient, professional and friendly. They rang us when the bikes were ready and fitted us in at short notice.
