It was a little difficult to find the clinic but overall Ms Kathy really helped me with shoulder tightness immediately and I sleep very well that night. I will be back
One of the best massages I've ever had. Kathy was able to pinpoint problem areas quickly and seemed very knowledgable. I felt so much better after.
Response to the owner: I appreciate your response and understand the importance of assessment for safety. However, I booked a 55-minute massage expecting hands-on treatment for the full duration, not a consultation for half the session. If a lengthy assessment is required, that should be clearly communicated upfront so clients know what to expect.
