I went to Hackensack for chest pain, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. The level of service and bedside manner is horrible. The nurses are standing around having conversation while sick people are waiting to be seen. While waiting to be seen, 3 people walked out. One lady left because she knew her doctors office was opening soon. She had been waiting over 5 hours. With chest pain, I walked out. Buen hospital, buenas atenciones para sus pacientes y familiares en especial los niños. .
My experience was excellent as it always is with your hospital. I was admitted thru ER I fell and couldn't bear weight on my leg. I waited maybe 10 min was seen by intake and taken off to X-ray. I was then taken to prompt care after. This is where I met Pam the NP and all the wonderful nurses there. Pam answers every question I had and made sure I was not in pain from my bad bruising. Angela from x Ray made sure she gently moved my leg and helped me get in and off the table. I can't remember my nurses name but she was great ... read more
I've been here for 9 hours and they have done anything. Then they take me for X-rays and give my room away. Now I'm in the hallway.
It's an excellent hospital the doctors and employees are very sweet...I'm very comfortable here �����
