Great nurses and staff. I have to say that the entire staff at 4 South where the best nurse's assistant nurses cleaning people Everyone couldn't be nicer and couldn't have done more for me God bless all of them they're going to see me again in October!
Can't believe you sent my brother in law to rehab with glucose of 42. Then when they sent him to Holy Name in Teaneck it was 25. Are you trying to kill people? I can only hope he does not have any brain damage or other issues because of your incompetence.
Our 93 y/o mother was brought into the ER on Sunday morning due to mental confusion. They are so understaffed that it took about 9 hrs until they finally moved her to the "ER Observation" unit for observation overnight. On Monday morning she was delirious and violently agitated, trying to exit her bed (she cannot walk on her own) beyond anything we had ever observed. You guys were amazing for my daughter I thank each and every one of the nurses doctors and everyone for your prompt courteous heartfelt considerate and family like treatment for my Amanda Smith. He had a huge serious reaction to her insulin which could have resulted in a very serious situation. Your team of doctors and nurses were phenomenal. Your care plan superb. I am sincerely grateful! Wanted to personally thank each and every single doctor and nurse that helped me out the past few days here at Hackensack University Medical Center! You guys really saved me this time. I had a bad reaction to new insulin I started and they found out exactly what was wrong with me right away and didn't leave me unattended! Thank you so much!
