Rude staff, hit nurse button no one came for 45 minutes. This place smells like medical malpractice and negligence.....
I have been biasely discriminated by Hackensack university medical center kidney transplant unit and I am looking into the appropriate actions to take next!
Went with my 23 yr old daughter and we ended up having spinal tap, two cat scans, x-rays and 25 viles of blood taken out and sitting in ER for 10 hours with out anyone telling me Amy info! They admitted her into the hospital still with no info and it took a 2 calls to client relations, speaking to the head nurse and 24 hours later to speak to a doctor who said it's viral fever. I'm glad that they take pro caution but not keeping us informed and not speaking to the patient is not ok!
