Wish I could give a zero. Worse experience ever. Waited 1.5 hours to be seen by Dr Aerson for a follow up visit that took 2 minutes literally. I drive in traffic 1 hour here. Everyone went ahead of me in the waiting room. I’m being patient and finally ask when’s my turn and they said I was never checked in. The young lady said she checked me in. Everyone was nonchalant and get this they asked if I wanted to reschedule. Really that’s all you can say. They tried to say I had to wait another hour. No one was slightly remorseful... read more

This is by far the best gym I’ve ever used, and I’m 66! The best personal trainer ever (Cynthia) helped me lose 30 lbs in 5 months. My BMI was also extremely improved. Kudos to their personal trainer program!
