I had a great experience at the Hackensack Meridian Health building in Paramus. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making my visit as easy as possible. Michelle at the front desk was especially wonderful. It’s a large building with many different offices, and she was so kind in helping me figure out exactly where I needed to go. Front desk service terrible. Doctor said cds would be mailed back and now office says I have to go pick them up. They couldn’t even spell my name right. Terrible service. Healthcare not at its best. Would give negative stars if possible.
had a wonderful experience with Wendy at the front desk at Paramus Health Center. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, made everything feel seamless, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.
