While they do have a caring staff, it feels like a revolving door of providers. In about a year of care at this facility, I already had my primary change twice- I'm now on my third primary in 14 months because they left the practice.
Went for Back Xrays. Being charged 1200$ for 4 x rays. When I call them they blame it on my deductible. What a shame they don't want to answer a simple question if 4 X rays are worth 1200$?
It was the worst experience of my life. I would never go there again the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I guess it depends on what you’re getting done but the way they treated me was horrible.
I had a great experience at the Hackensack Meridian Health building in Paramus. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making my visit as easy as possible. Michelle at the front desk was especially wonderful. It’s a large building with many different offices, and she was so kind in helping me figure out exactly where I needed to go.
