I am writing this in hopes that management sees it and addresses the service issues. The way customers are treated here is unacceptable. I've never seen such poor communication and lack of care in a retail environment. Deeply frustrated with this experience.
Extremely disappointed with the service here. I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. 0/10.
Jim was incredibly kind, communicative, and worked super fast to get us some glass we needed for our kitchen and office. He showed us how to get the exact radius of our desk corners and helped us load everything into the car when we went to pick it up. I couldn’t recommend his business more highly and we will definitely be going back to him if we need more glass in the future!
