The only thing they’re consistent with is getting a one star review. It’s amazing that Wayfair contracts with them. Absolutely horrible customer service, they won’t respond and you’ll wait weeks to get your delivery. I still haven’t gotten mine. The owners should be ashamed they allow their business to run this way. The Lubbock manager Kelli McLean has no clue how to do her job and somehow it’s acceptable to upper management.
This place is amazing, the front office employees are really nice and helpful.

I was supposed to get a couch delivered 2 weeks ago (which was already later than expected) they called the day before and said it would be delivered the next day so we stayed at home all day waiting and no one showed up. No called text, email, nothing. So we called the next day and they said a truck broke down with our couch on it and they said they would need to reschedule.
