I wanted to share my experience working with Jenna Hertz (Customer care representative) at Habitus Funiture. From the moment I reached out about a missing item, she followed up immediately and handled everything with care and efficiency. While errors can happen, Jenna’s quick response and commitment to resolving the issue truly stood out and meant a lot. She was kind, professional, and demonstrated excellent follow-through every step of the way. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her work and the customer experience. Thank... read more

Habitus was a real real surprise and a delight. So happy we made our way there. Awesome collection of new and old interesting mid century items and Rob made the whole experience awesome. Will definitely be back.
I was originally planning to order from a local store in Toronto but stumbled upon Habitus online, and their excellent reviews convinced me to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! I received a personal email from the owner the very next day, and my furniture was delivered just 4 days later. The delivery experience was flawless — the team was professional, courteous, and took care of every detail. Everything went beyond smoothly. I’m thrilled with the service and will definitely be shopping at Habitus again!
We had a wonderful experience with Habitus from the moment we walked in to the delivery of our purchase only a few days later. Their staff is professional and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed when we needed it.
