Did lots of browsing and found some good deals
Staff was super nice and helpful, even though we left empty handed
Not the biggest or best stocked Restore out there, but I've made plenty of good finds and drop by every week to see what's new. Very friendly staff and generally low prices.
I used to love this store. Something happened, the burocracy of the policy and process stripped the store of its humanity. They are donated items for free, yet claim overhead keeps them from helping their customers. My integrity was insulted, and my investment and financial dignity diminished. I already feel poor, thanks for making me feel like my money didn't matter. And to the board, this is your fault for forcing such horribly stern policy into your employees.
