We visited today and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. My mom wanted to place a piece of furniture on hold after paying for it until September 1. During the interaction, an employee in a black shirt began raising his voice at her, saying he had told her she couldn’t use the bathroom. When she tried to explain that another employee had directed her to speak with him, the situation escalated instead of being resolved calmly. Extremely overpriced for a used items store. A used bathroom vanity for $1600 is ridiculous when you can just get a new one from Home Depot. Never coming here again nor do I recommend it anymore.

The two gentlemen that picked up my furniture were so pleasant to work with - they made it so simple to donate to a good cause. Will definitely call them again and make another goods and monetary donation.

I donated my sectional couch to them today! Kevin and another kind gentleman (sorry, I didn’t get his name!) came to my second floor tiny apartment and removed it in less than 20 minutes. They were extremely kind and efficient. The donation process was easy!! I got my receipt afterwards. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity ReStore!
