I was trying to arrange a donation pickup with them but the girl on the phone was so rude that I just got rid of the items myself. I tried to email as well and call and she didnt respond to my email about the items I had. I had to keep calling them and then she kept rushing me off the phone every time. This is supposed to be an organization helping the community and when you have rude people handling the donation calls, it deters the habitat from getting items to help people but also deters the person donating from being abl... read more
