We’ve previously donated items to this location because we support their mission and have always had positive experiences. We’ve also purchased items from them in the past. However, the other day, when I went to donate items—similar to what I’ve seen on their sale racks—the man there declined everything without really examining what I had brought. I then took the same items to Goodwill, and they accepted all of them without issue and were appreciative.
I come here, looking for something else that I can really afford, I bought a cabinet, that cost me $50, with a couple of dent, and without doors, well, I solve my problem, but at the time to load it to my truck, the guy that you see in this picture, literally did nothing to help me load. Wish I could give 0 stars. Came here since we were moving out to donate a bunch of clothes, kitchen items, luggage, and furniture and they wouldn’t take anything. Said they had too much clothes already and were too lazy to take anything else. Looking at other reviews now seems like their staff is always lazy and rude.
