Iam a regular customer. I have done heaps of shopping with you in last couple of years. I love all the products you have. For the first time I went to do exchange for Davis Waddell dual salt and pepper mill as it was broken within two weeks of using. This is not a bad store for decorative items and gifts. The store is very clean and open. Recently bought a painting from here and the price was not too bad at all. Am very happy with it. Staff are helpful and the service was very good. Fairly well stocked, and items are everywhere. However, once one walks around and looks carefully, you'll be able to find what you're seeking. All in all, I would come back here for decorative items and gifts.
successfully ordered an item 12 days ago, site says dispatch is within 3 days. I spent 10 days corresponding with no response, I called the HQ in Sydney on day 11 after giving the order number the lady told me my order would be delivered within the week. so it showed up in the system. Day 12 I am finally emailed back with the information my order has been refunded and is out of stock. would not recommend. awful communication.
