Good service. I had to sneak in right at close to buy my bike and the person who rang me up was still really friendly. My only complaint is that on the first ride my bottom bracket came loose making me think it wasn't torqued properly. My stem was also installed upsidedown which is easy enough to fix but not something I expect from a proper bike shop.
