My first session yesterday at this clinic and with Alaa. They were running about 15 minutes late which was not a big deal, but they were very apologetic. The session with Alaa was super helpful. I'm sure he's used to people being uncomfortable talking about their own body – I appreciated the way that he persisted with engaging in conversation with me, was super friendly, and made sure that I could gradually feel more comfortable with him.
