I dropped my taxes off with Shannon last Wednesday, today Monday I get a call from her stating she is unable to do my taxes this year. When I asked why, I was told she didn’t like some of my answers to her questions. It seems to me this accountant is unable to separate business and personal issues. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They get back in contact with you right away. I would highly recommend using them. I have been working with them for over a decade and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
