The new manager dusty told me to go to connor because he wouldn't help me find a simple 24v gas valve without a modle from a furnace i tired to give him gas valve number and he refused... you would think if you been in sales for over 10 years you could help me find a simple gas valve thats in your own furnaces you sell every day not the first time I gone there and the sales employees look like they all hate there job ill never come back here again

Matt is okay - and the only other reason they got a 1 star besides not being able to give 0 -------- A representative of our company called in and gave Matt the model number and specs of what we were looking for specifically, which in short, was a 1/3 hp motor, 480v, 1075rpm, that turns clockwise, NOT counter-clockwise and stressed the importance of that distinguishing factor.
