James did a great job on our 4 building townhomes in Northfield in early Aug 2025. Although he was working, I was able to visit with him and enjoy a few minutes with James. By all means book him and let him work on cleaning up your house. He is still working through a cancer prognosis. He is a kind gentle soul.

I have used James with H2Overhaul several times to have my HOA buildings cleaned. He is provides ongoing communication during the project and does a great job cleaning the buildings. Any minor issues are promptly handled professionally. I will continue to use him for years to come for all of my exterior cleaning needs.
