HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I have been dealing with digestive issues for an extremely long time now. I was only having a bowel movement once every 3-5 weeks. I have done 3 sessions of colon rehydration and 1 of the red light and I am already feeling so much better! Stephanie is amazing!
