Extremely Disappointing and Concerning Experience My partner and I booked a one-hour massage with an RMT at this establishment, and it was by far the most unprofessional and questionable experience we’ve ever had. Avoid this place – completely unprofessional and sketchy. I booked a 2-hour massage session, but when I arrived, the therapist and manager (Nikki) argued in front of me, saying the therapist could only do 1 hour. The actual massage was a joke — the therapist spent most of the time on one hand while using her phone with the other. I ended up getting maybe 45 minutes of very poor massage work. I had a massage with Nikki and it was incredible! I went in with big muscle knots in my shoulders and neck, and she knew exactly how to release them, and the pain is totally gone! She is so good!
Nikki was amazing. I took my mom here and she has been feeling like all her muscles were very tense. After her massage she told me she felt like she was 10 years younger and was able to move better. Will 100% be back here soon!
Nikki was absolutely incredible. She knew what was hurting without telling her. She took her time to untie every knot. I felt so relaxed lighter immediately after. Definitely my favourite massage therapist to date!
