What a great site! I understand they have a physical store but I've only used their site. I've been shopping around for a wakeboard for my son. When I found H2O proshop I couldn't believe the price on the board/bindings combo. At first I wasn't convinced it was legit but after reading other reviews I realized it was. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called in with a question about fitting new bindings on an older ski and Jeremy walked me through the whole process with such patience and expertise, it blew me away. I didn’t even buy anything!! But, I can tell you that I’ll be finding a way to buy something else from them soon as the customer service was so exceptional. They’ve got my business moving forwards.

Purchased twice. 1st buying experience was awesome, surfboard delivered as expected. 2nd buying experience, surfboard was damaged by the carrier. H2O went above and beyond in processing the freight claim and sending a replacement board. Will buy from them again. Awesome customer service and buying experience. Total class act.
