Great service and a great range of products that I was interested in.
What a fantastic bike shop! and an even better shop owner. I would give 10 stars if possible to Andy "the owner" for giving the best service possible (a forgotten art) He went beyond and was amazing. Friendly as, informative, no rushed service, just a genuine caring nice guy, who is totally passionate about his business. Congratulations Andy on your business. You should be extremely proud of all your hard work over the years. Do yourself a favour, and make this shop the only place to go.👍
Had a pretty bad crash last Sunday and managed to cause a lot of damage to my much beloved Trek. (Check out the shattered seat post). Just picked up my repaired bike only a few working days later and it looks like new. Andy is very good at what he does and is reasonably priced especially for the delivered service. If your looking for a new Trek road bike or your in need of a repair I can’t recommend H2O Cycles enough.
I just popped in to get a tube repair for my sons bike. I met the owner very knowledgeable. Great guy who offered a very professional experience. I highly recommend.
