Lack of experience really showed here. Also there was poor communication on the part of the doctors.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Beard. She has been such an incredible help to me! I have eaten super clean for about 3.5 yrs now and worked out consistently but still could not get back to a healthy weight range for me. Could not lose and was just stuck for years, no matter how hard I tried. I went through her program and lost it all and feel great!
Best weight loss program I've had expiernce with. Have done several, including weight watchers. This program gets to the root of what is causing you to gain weight or unable to lose and the best way to maintain once you reach your goal. All medically monitored by trained professionals.
