I am a monthly customer of this business on Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach. Two days ago, after the car wash there were several black marks in my car and in one side even a depression with a black mark. The manager asked me to file an incident report, which I did, he apologize for the marks (next to me there was another client who notice marks too on her car) and he took photo of the black marks.
