I've been using Kyle of H2O Marine for several years as I'm on my 3rd Mercury motor and I've always found him friendly, knowledgeable, honest and he does great work. Most recently - 1st day of a 10 day holiday at Burrinjuck and upon putting my boat in the water found the steering was seized. Couldn't contact anyone as it was Saturday of the Oct long weekend but took the boat on spec to Kyle early Tuesday when he re-opened hoping he could fix it while I waited. Went to go get by Ignition barrel changed, and he put a second hand one in without my consent. Then went to use the boat in a competition, and it was breaking down. Because the wiring From the part that he replaced kept on, shorten out the boat at the engine fuse box. Then, when I addressed it It was a little bit late, I do understand but he's the only one that has touched my boat. And I did not have the time to get it done through the year.
