I had bought an unused new golf cart from them. When picked it up, loaded in the back of the truck and older gentleman that loaded it told me before I got in my truck if I was missing anything to give him a call and they would get me any missing parts. When I got home and unloaded the cart still rapped tightly in the plastic just like when I picked it up. Terrible experience. They sold me an unboxed, incomplete piece of equipment that was only covered by a torn trash bag. When I reached out about the missing parts, they denied responsibility and the representative literally hung up on me. I’ve purchased this same item from other stores perfectly assembled and without issues. Customer service here is nonexistent.
Had some cylinders rebuilt here, quick turnaround, quality repairs and parts, friendly helpful staff. All around good experience.
