For H20 Blinds, I would rate them a 0. They installed what appears to be a used blind in my home — the quality is extremely poor, and I’ve been disappointed with their honesty and service. It’s been over a month, and the blinds are still not what we agreed on. We paid for motorized blinds, and they were not installed as promised. At this point, I feel scammed. No replacement has been provided, and the overall experience has been very unprofessional. Please be cautious when dealing with them — very poor service.
Ill even give it a 0 star if there was. Customer service is garbage. No one would reply back to you in days. Only method of contact is WhatsApp. There blinds are really beautiful and the installer was great as well. There prices and everything is top notch. But without customer service this is the worst. I blurred the name as i do not want that person responsible for a reason but the owner to know. Thank you
