Took me several times to get someone to pick up the phone. They don't do insurance. Amd the lady was rude.
I have been trying to contact the clinic for 2 days . I am not able to contact anyone in the clinic. Any one having this issues?
I started acupuncture here exactly a year ago. I went to Dr. Chen after being diagnosed with a liver cyst, and I also had high anxiety episodes all of a sudden for the first time in my life. I have been to several acupuncturists in the past and Dr. Chen is outstanding~ I'm not one to sleep during sessions however, i was able to rest my mind and my body has simply let go. I was able to relax deeply. It was also the first time i had needles on my back-- usually i just lie supine face up and there goes the treatment but after 45 minutes, she said she will also treat my tense neck and shoulders.
