They accidentally trashed a brand new trash can. Called to report and they asked if I had video proof. I just wanted to report it and make sure it didnt happen again, maybe get an explanation, but they wanted to place blame from the beginning instead of just telling me why it happened and what they would do to help assure others doesnt happen again. My family has used Mann & sons for over 15+ years. My husband and I bought our first home a year ago since we moved they have consistently once or twice a quarter not picked up our trash. I call them the next morning as I work until they close and they apologize but say they can’t pick up the trash until the next week.
Good, reliable, reasonably priced trash service. I like working with them. They are nice people.
