I made my payment in January, but they haven't collected my trash three times. I hope they'll give me a discount for not collecting it because if I'm late with my payment, they'll charge me more.

We have had this trash removal company since we moved here. Normally great customer service to pay my bill. Today the receptionist seemed put off by me accidentally giving my p.o.address and not my street address. Then I asked about the recycling bins again because I would like to start to recycle and she was very rude and stated we have the bins like I said but the truck is down still. Ok...so my neighbor probably think they have been recycling this past year but in fact they have not. Did you tell your customers about this... read more

They accidentally trashed a brand new trash can. Called to report and they asked if I had video proof. I just wanted to report it and make sure it didnt happen again, maybe get an explanation, but they wanted to place blame from the beginning instead of just telling me why it happened and what they would do to help assure others doesnt happen again. Years of no issues but the last year we have had missed pickups and now them trying to gaslight me about throwing away my trash can. Not sure me or my six properties are staying ... read more
