Super knowledgeable and helpful folks!
They helped me get the right part to fix my machine. He even took me to a machine being worked on and walked me through the part replacement as well! Then he asked me to let him know for sure if the part fixed my machine. He was fantastic and so helpful!!!!
The first time I went in they tried to talk me out of a part for my dryer, talked to me like I wasn't smart enough to know what was wrong. Guess what it fixed it. Then I send my son a few months later to get a couple parts and they were the same to him. Next time I'll just order online and wait for the part. Sad part is I've done business here since I moved out on my own 25 years ago.
I was blown away at the customer service I received from H&S Home Center. Between two phone calls and some tests I was lead in the right direction on how to get my old fridge running again. I highly recommend taking your business to H&S.
Exactly prices! Helpful and friendly staff. WOULD NOT SHOP ANY WHERE ELSE.
