Extremely happy I decided to continue using HR Clough after buying my home a few years ago. The previous owners had used them for years HR Clough has been amazing and so responsive. On my last oil delivery the driver noticed that my hot water heater vent was covered by a snow drift. The driver called the office who e-mailed me about the issue and when I didn't respond by mid-afternoon they picked up the phone and called to tell me. Now that is service above and beyond. Ron
