Great company although i wish i could use my cards their cause they never seem to work at their wash bays, for years ive never been able to get a card to work there.
Extremely happy I decided to continue using HR Clough after buying my home a few years ago. The previous owners had used them for years HR Clough has been amazing and so responsive. It’s nice to speak with the same folks all the time and they know my heating system and treat me as a valued customer. The technicians know their stuff and call backs have never been necessary. On my last oil delivery the driver noticed that my hot water heater vent was covered by a snow drift. The driver called the office who e-mailed me about the issue and when I didn't respond by mid-afternoon they picked up the phone and called to tell me. Now that is service above and beyond. Ron
