Can’t say enough good things about this team! I had a unique tax situation which thanks to their knowledge, helped me navigate an otherwise complicated process. I will certainly be going back with any future tax issues!
I had a very unpleasant interaction with a man who berated me for helping my boyfriend of two months with his taxes. While we do occasionally have sleepovers, we do not live together and are not considered common-law. Despite this, he insisted I would owe money to the CRA, which is inaccurate. His tone was unnecessarily rude and condescending throughout the conversation. Regardless of the topic, this kind of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Had a previous issue but just to let everyone know out there Chris is the best ! Takes care of his clients , best H&R block around hands down !
I had Chris do my my taxes for 2 years, he is very up to dated on current taxes, and just a pleasant person to deal with. I would highly recommend his company and services, thanks again Chris.
