I had a very unpleasant interaction with a man who berated me for helping my boyfriend of two months with his taxes. While we do occasionally have sleepovers, we do not live together and are not considered common-law. Despite this, he insisted I would owe money to the CRA, which is inaccurate. His tone was unnecessarily rude and condescending throughout the conversation. Regardless of the topic, this kind of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Had a previous issue but just to let everyone know out there Chris is the best ! Takes care of his clients , best H&R block around hands down !
I had Chris do my my taxes for 2 years, he is very up to dated on current taxes, and just a pleasant person to deal with. I would highly recommend his company and services, thanks again Chris.
Just filed my taxes here today and it was a great experience. The gentleman at the front desk is kind and courteous and Mike who did my taxes was very patient and kind. 10/10 recommend
