We have been waiting for them to do our taxes for 2 months. They always say end of the week. Now they have changed there hours to part time., me and my wife both work and it is not cheap to have them do it. Long story short don't leave your taxes there. They will lie give you the run around and more than likely close without even filing for you!!. Different place next year!
Taxes have been there since the beginning of March. Waited for 2.5 hours to get them done. I had to leave for work. So they told me to leave them and it would take a week for drop off. 2 weeks later I called. They said they weren't done and be done by the end of the week. After calling each week same answer. "They will be done the end of the week" Called 2 weeks ago to see if they have even started , (I would have taken them somewhere else) they said they have been started. Jenn is very kind and patient with us when explaining our taxes and really takes the time to break it all down. Great service all around receptionists are very bubbly and fun aswell
We have been dealing with H&R Block now for many years.And every we ask for Jennifer and she is just amazing and gets better every year. When Jennifer isn't available we are guaranteed to have her mom Jennifer Thank you for the many years of fantastic service And as for the lovely ladies that greet you up front I wouldn't trade you for the world See you next year
